SWE is the amount of water in a volume of snow, measured by weight
TP = Total Precipitation
AVG SWE = Average Snow Water Equivalent for date listed above
AVG TP = Average Total Precipitation for date listed above
PCT SWE AVG = SWE as a Percent of Average SWE for that date
PCT TP AVG = TP as a Percent of Average TP for that date
  Percent of Average Numbers are calculated only for those stations that report for a given date
  A non-reporting station is eliminated from the calculation of overall averages, not treated as a 0
* Max Snowpack numbers and dates come from NRCS data for previous year

Colors Legend:
Red, less than 50% of average
Orange, between 50% and 80% of average
Green, between 80% and 120% of average
Blue, between 120% and 150% of average
Purple, greater than 150% of average
